BHORUKA GROUP, founded by a great visionary, philanthropist and humanitarian Shri P.D.Agarwal, is a highly diversified Industrial House/Group into Power Generation (The first Company in the private sector to successfully set up a hydro power station in the post independence era), Steel (Engineering & Stevedoring), Industrial Gases, I.T. Parks, Education, Community Welfare and allied activities with an Annual Turnover of Rs.120.00 Crore.

Bhuruka Gases Limited, a SAP-R3 environment company was incorporated in 1974 as Karnataka Oxygen Limited and has been in Operation since then as a successful, dependable and quality conscious manufacturer of Industrial, Specialty and Calibration Gases in the city limit of Bangalore the Silicon Valley of India.

To facilitate its product range, BGL has installed and commissioned a modern 120 TPD Liquid Plant, Specialty Gases Plant, Hydrogen Plant, Calibration & Mixture Gases Plant, General Gases & Medical Gases Plant etc.

The plant is capable of producing cryogenic products in the highest purity ranges and makes BGL the largest independent producer of Argon in India. High purity grades of Argon are produced by the latest State-of-the-Art Linde rectification process with structured packed columns.

To facilitate and ensure quality of the product range, BGL has installed and commissioned a full range of quality control equipments during manufacture and before dispatch. Quality and safety are visible at BGL and endeavors constant up gradation of its facility and training of its personnel to achieve customers' satisfaction.

BGL under its umbrella has an ISO 9001:2000 wing, namely Calibration Gases, Plant a separate facility with a number of sophisticated computerized gas chromatographs and precision gravimetric equipments to produce and certify calibration gases as per specific need of customers regarding composition, purity, analytical accuracy and stability.
