Regulators
Use of the proper gas regulator for reducing pressure of
gases contained in high-pressure gas cylinders is
critical. Using the wrong gas regulator can result in
compromising gas purity or accuracy, premature equipment
failure, or even personal injury. Bhuruka helps to
select the right gas regulator to the specialty gas you
use. Simply specify the type of specialty gas you are
using and Bhuruka will recommend the appropriate gas
regulator(s) for your application.
Chrome - Plated Single Stage High Purity Regulator -
Non-corrosive Service
The chromium plated brass, diaphragm type, high purity
single stage regulators, designed to control high
purity, non-corrosive gases for applications where minor
fluctuations in outlet pressure due to diminishing inlet
pressure can be tolerated. These regulators are highly
recommended for acetylene and liquefied hydrocarbon gas
applications with a maximum inlet Pressure of 350 psig.
Chrome - Plated
Dual Stage High Purity Regulator -
Non-corrosive Service
The chromium plated brass, diaphragm type, high purity
dual stage regulators, , are designed to control high purity, non-corrosive, pure gases and
mixtures in
applications where constant delivery pressure regardless
of
fluctuations in tank pressure are required. These
regulators
are highly recommended for non-flammable and
non-corrosive
gases applications.
Stainless Steel Single Stage High Purity Regulator- Corrosive
Service
The stainless steel, diaphragm type, high purity single
stage regulators, are designed for ultra high purity,
corrosive, reactive or toxic gas applications where
slight variance in delivery pressure is acceptable as
cylinder pressure decreases. The materials of
construction will not off-gas and contaminate the gas
stream. The design is highly resistant to inboard
diffusion of atmospheric contaminants.

Gas Cylinders
Carbon Steel Cylinders
The gas industry heavily depends on cylinders to store
and transport gases. Because the cylinders are packed
with gases under high pressure, they can be volatile. So
they must be tough enough to withstand rough handling
during transportation to prevent accidents.
Bhuruka supplies high quality high-pressure gas
cylinders ranging from 1 ltr water capacity to 80 ltrs
water capacity– for oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon,
helium, air etc Cylinders for the domestic market are
produced as per IS-7285, certified by the Bureau of
Indian Standards (ISI) and approved by the Chief
Controller of Explosives, Government of India.

Aluminum Cylinders
Aluminum cylinders are the best choice for specialty /
Calibration gases (depends on compatibility) because it
maintain the gas purity. The cylinders are light and
consistent in weight, non-magnetic, corrosion free and
are available in wide range of sizes and capacities.
Special internal treatments are also done for precise
needs. The cylinders perform well at low temperature.
