Testing and Quality

At Bhuruka Gases Ltd, we lay a lot of emphasis on testing and quality. In fact we boast of such a good testing quality measuring setup that we undertake customers' cylinders on a chargeable basis in order to ensure their safety and quality. The Gases produced by BGL goes through various quality testing instruments that determine stringent measures of quality control.

Test Shop

We have a full-fledged 'TEST-SHOP' equipped with latest equipments & instruments to carry out inpection, Hydraulic testing & required up keeping of cylinders. Our Test shop is also equipped with drying of the cylinders with in house High Pure Nitrogen gas from our ASU.

Quality Control Division

Our Quality Control Division (QCD) inspects pre & post filling of individual cylinders. The Activity involved are Testing and Checking of cylinders condition before they are filled with gas, Prepare them for filling as per condition, Filling the cylinder with required gases and Certify the cylinders after they are filled.

The Various devices used in QCD are:

TOA: Trace Oxygen Analyzer, range: 0 to 1 PPM & 0 to 10 PPM. It certifies the impurities of Oxygen in N2 Argon and H2.
AID: Argon ionization Detector, Certifies impurities like 02, CO, CO2, CH4, N2, THC, H2O, H2 etc in PPM in Argon gas.
SPECTRO : It is a trace nitrogen analyzer, certifying the impurities of Nitrogen PPM in Argon.
SHAW: It is a moisture analyzer: It checks the moisture level from 0 to 10 PPM.
Percentage Hydrogen Analyzer: Certifies Hydrogen in mixture gas.
Percentage Carbon Dioxide Analyzer: Certifies CO2 in mixture gas.
Percentage Nitrogen Analyzer: Certifies N2 in mixture gas.
Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer: to certify the THC in the high pure Argon.
Percentage Oxygen Analyzer: Certifies O2 in mixture gas.
